Rolled into Rustlers Rooste for a friend's birthday and this place is the real deal. The live music was solid all night, the vibe is rugged and welcoming, and that view is flat-out epic. We rolled with the cowboy platter basically a mountain of meat and all the fixings, perfect for feeding a crew. The brisket was a tad dry, but the rest of the cuts were smoky and flavorful, and the sides held their own. Portions are massive, so plenty of leftovers if you’re into that. Service was friendly and on the ball, keeping drinks and food moving. Great energy, big servings, and a spot we’d definitely hit again for the vibes, the music, and the food.

This First Timer is giving 5 Stars all across the board. What a fantastic evening!!! The staff was excellent. They even corrected our table when they discovered we were seated at the wrong table and moved us to a window table as we had wished. Bring your feedbag because portions are large and you will need a Take-home bag at the end. The Cowboy Platter was our choice, a little of everything. Ribs, chicken, brisket, sausage, shrimp, potato wedges and corn on the cob were brought out family style. What a feast. Big kudos to Kendall for taking such good care of us. Now, I've mentioned the food, don't forget the view. I will definitely be back.

I would give 5 stars for the service .. but who gives 5 stars for everything? Actually it was a gorgeous Sunday night. I have never been to this restaurant so not knowing what to expect. I loved the atmosphere and the view of Phoenix below was an added plus. The food was pricey but good and my 2 strawberry margaritas were great. Really nothing to complain about here. Thank you Roosters for the hospitality, and definately will be coming again in the future.

An amazing place got the best seat in the house! Perfect patio for sunset photos. Food is amazing and expensive BUT is fairly priced for a steakhouse. Will be back asap! Same day, you can call ahead to get priority seating above walk-ins but this is not a reservation and there may still be a wait. I think this is such a considerate option for planners! They don't take actual future reservations for parties smaller than 8 but the same day feature helps to alleviate wait times. Kids got to do the slide, say Hi to Horny the Bull, get balloon animals and free cotton candy. They love coming here and us adults love love love the view, we always stop and get a family photo because the backdrop is breathtaking especially at sunset!

Such a great experience and one I’d highly recommend. From the staff to the food and the unmatched view of the city. Fab! I ordered filet and it melted in my mouth. Not a bit of fat. Also loved their signature margarita with tequila that’s brought from Mexico. If you haven’t been yet, don’t wait. Also had live country music. Good time!!

First time eating here and we will definitely be back! The view is amazing. It truly blew me away like wow! The vibe and atmosphere is fun. I really love everything about this place. Food tastes homemade too. Tried the cactus fries and they are yummy. The steak is cooked exactly to order and the corn on cob is sweet and tender. The carrots taste homemade and candied. The baked beans taste homemade too. The mashed potatoes have a yummy sausage gravy too. The cocktails are excellent. Service is fast and friendly. The atmosphere is clean and inviting. I’m so glad to have tried this restaurant and we are looking forward to the next time and may have to bring family when they visit out of state.

The only reason I give it 4 stars is because they advertise rattle snake, I came from California after 2 years of wanting to eat here and try the snake, and they said it was on backorder. We tried the cactus fries, and they were good. I had the Vaquero plate, and it was delicious. Big portions, even the kids' chicken tenders, looked like a plate for an adult. The live music was great, the view is beautiful. The lemon cotton candy that was brought for my nephew was enjoyed by everyone in the group. I will definitely come back, but I will call first to make sure they have the rattle snake available. Don't worry, Arizonians, I will not California your Arizona

In all the food was good, the atmosphere was nice and it was compatible with my dads taste in atmosphere. He put his music up and it fits. The pork rib was really falling apart off the bones, and so was the beef ribs. There was a lot of carrots I had to finish up, but there way of calling the fry bread biscuits was cute. The root beer was at a 1 out of 10 for me, 7.
